Matt Laczko is an Atlanta-based photographer that specializes in sports and documentary projects. 

Matt was born in Hollywood, Florida to a Canadian-Hungarian father and a native Pennsylvanian. He spent his childhood living in South Florida where he fell in love with athletics from an early age playing a multitude of sports from soccer to roller hockey, he was hooked on the world of athletics. 

Prior to the 2008 recession, Matt and his family left South Florida for Hickory Flat, Georgia where Matt was inundated with a wholly different culture from Friday Night Lights being an equal to Sunday Mass and the mixing of country and city meeting at the crossroads of what is considered the edge of northern Metro Atlanta. 

Matt's work ethic and seeing things from a different point of view than his peers has been a key to translating into how he captures the essence of people from celebrities to local merchants. His award-winning photography takes it's cue from his ability to showcase the humanity in each and every person he meets.

Matt has been working as a photographer and photo assistant since 2018 and has worked on projects with clients such as Amazon, Wells Fargo, Real Housewives of Atlanta, St. Jude's Research Hospital, Atlanta Magazine, ACLU, SPLC, and Lululemon.
